This reminds me of outing with my dad, who would have planned everything like a military operation. However, our family wasn’t known as the ‘Late-again Lumsdens’ for nothing. This had made me – as an adult – obsessive about being on time and yet more prepared to take a risk on breaking out of a schedule. I’m certain parents are meant to make you screwy because it is a twisted old world, and that way you fit right in. 🙂
 Despite what this may suggest, we had a brilliant day at the Ekka.
