  1. I’m sorry, but you should have stayed a book snob ;¬)

I actually started some notes for a series of kids books, really must get around to writing the actual books.

    • Writing, eh? Intriguing sir. I would love to see the end product Pastey. Godspeed! πŸ˜€

I’m sometimes surprised that the Pokémon books the eldest reads were created by human hands. Read them to yourself, and those books are almost, but not quite, bearable. Read them out loud and they’re really awful. Use a variety of voices (as I tend to do) and you feel a bit violated. πŸ˜‰

Still, he loves books and that’s the main thing. Hopefully taste will come later LOL.

  2. I’m so glad my brood are grown-up and I no longer have to do the reading to thing at night! The worst thing is when you try to skip a page but they know the story by heart and make you go back! πŸ˜‰

    • The flip side of all of this is sharing great stories (or tv shows or movies) and them loving them too! It’s not all bad. πŸ˜€

    • I have never known you to have a beard Sally Daly. If you are indeed the Sally Daly that I know.

      …Are you? πŸ™‚
